Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a dedicated Children's Therapeutic Support Worker in Lewes, East Sussex. This role offers a salary up to £28,000 per annum plus £60 per sleep-in, with a permanent contract and required shift work including overnights and weekends.

You will join a committed team delivering consistent care and support for young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs or challenging behaviours. Driving licence and vehicle access are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs or behaviours that challenge.
• Experience within SEN schools, youth work, community services, semi-independent services, care leavers, youth justice or children's homes.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and overnight stays.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
