Job summary

Prospero Health and Social Care is seeking experienced Children's Support Workers to join our team in Peterborough. You will collaborate with families, schools, social workers and healthcare professionals to support vulnerable children and young people, helping them build resilience and positive coping strategies.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience working with children and young people in a support role.
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Ability to work flexibly across different settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support vulnerable children and young people, helping them build resilience and develop positive coping strategies.
• Collaborate with families, schools, social workers and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for service users.
• Contribute to flexible, temporary assignments delivering high-quality support to children and families.
