Job summary

Prospero Health and Social Care is recruiting a Children's Support Worker to support vulnerable children and families in East Sussex. You will work with schools, social workers and healthcare professionals to promote safeguarding and positive outcomes for service users.

This flexible temporary role is ideal for candidates with at least 6 months experience with children, safeguarding knowledge, and a willingness to work across different settings. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience working with children and young people in a support role.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
• Ability to work flexibly across different settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
