Job summary

Prospero Health and Social Care is seeking a Children's Support Worker to support vulnerable children and families in Kent. The role is temporary with competitive hourly pay and flexible assignments.

You will work with families, schools and social care professionals to ensure the best outcomes, requiring safeguarding knowledge and excellent communication. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience working with children and young people in a support role.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
• Ability to work flexibly across different settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support vulnerable children and young people to build resilience and coping skills.
• Work with families, schools, social workers and healthcare professionals.
