Active Care in the Home is expanding our client base and is recruiting a brand‑new team of Children’s Support Workers to provide day‑time and overnight care for our young client in Charlton and Welling.
Our client is a young boy with complex care needs, including gastrostomy feeding (NBM), epilepsy, dystonia, mobility limitations, and sight and hearing impairments. You will be responsible for providing high‑quality clinical support, including:
The client lives in both parents’ homes in Charlton (SE7) and Welling (DA17); flexibility to work across both locations is essential.
Care is delivered on a double‑handed basis. Our team will provide one Children’s Support Worker per shift, working alongside an established support worker already in place.
We value candidates with previous clinical care and epilepsy experience. A full UK driving licence is preferred, as drivers may be required to drive the client’s mobility vehicle. Non‑smokers are preferred.
