Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is assisting a charitable provider of residential homes and education for young people near Lincoln. They seek passionate Children Support Workers with experience in SEN education, youth work, or related fields to join a fantastic home in Fledborough, close to Lincoln.

Candidates should have Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent, and be able to work shifts, weekends, and overnights. Driving license and vehicle are required.

I am looking for passionate Children Support Workers with experience working with Children and/or Young Adults with either traumatic backgrounds, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or Challenging Behaviours.

My client is a highly reputable charitable provider of residential homes and education to young people from difficult starts and display associated challenging behaviour.

We are looking for Support Worker to join a fantastic home in Fledborough very close to Lincoln.

If you have experience with children and young people in SEN education, youth work, young offenders or fostering, a career in children's homes is for you.

Benefits include:

• £32,000 - £36,000 starting (inclusive of 2 sleeps per week)
• 39 hours or 45 hours per week contracts available

Do you have:

• Experience of working within children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or behaviours that challenge - SEN School, youth work, community young people, children's learning disabilities, semi-independent services, care leavers, youth justice, children's homes
• Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to complete)
• Ability to complete shifts patterns, weekends, and overnight stays.
• Driving license and vehicle
