This is a full-time on-site role as a Children’s Residential Care Worker located in Doncaster. As a Children’s Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to children and young people in a residential setting. Your day-to-day tasks may include creating and implementing care plans, offering emotional and practical support, and ensuring the well-being and safety of the children under your care.

While experience and a Level 3 qualification in residential childcare are advantageous, they are not mandatory. We offer a thorough induction and training programme. You will be enrolled in a nationally recognised qualification, with support provided to complete this. Our exceptional therapist will train you to deliver informed therapeutic practice.
This role will involve paid sleep-in shifts and full-day shifts, often preferred by people looking to enjoy full days off a week.
