Children’s Social Worker Fostering #0009FF5F1

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

– Regular and reflective supervision
– Induction period inclusive of shadowing opportunities
– Monthly group supervision
– Supportive and accessible team managers and senior Personal Advisors
– Established team, with a fantastic hub setting for care leavers to access Monday-Friday

– Social Work qualified
– Experience of Pathway planning and pathway plan review meetings
– Keeping in touch visits and recording of these
– Use of Liquid Logic
– Full driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance
– Attendance at reflective group supervision
– Completion of risk assessments and coordination of the team around a care leaver
– Support the team manager in progressing pathway planning for separated young people
– Open to monthly case supervision involving reflection
