Pembrokeshire County Council is seeking a qualified Children's Social Worker to join the Child Care Assessment Team, delivering services to children and families under the Social Services and Wellbeing Act (Wales) 2014.

The role requires managing caseloads, meeting statutory timescales, undertaking child protection investigations and court work, and contributing to the development of the S.47 and Assessment Teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified social worker delivering services to children and families.
• Meet statutory timescales for assessments and investigations.
• Experience with child protection, court work and safeguarding.

Responsabilités

• Meet statutory timescales and complete assessments within those timescales.
• Undertake child protection investigations and manage caseloads including court cases.
• Work as part of S.47 JI rota and contribute to developing the Assessment Team.
