Service Care is recruiting a full-time Children's Social Worker for our client’s Children In Our Care team in Greater Manchester. The role requires a SWE registration and 3 years post-qualification experience in children’s services.

You’ll manage caseloads, conduct assessments, and work across office and home settings to deliver care plans that meet individual needs. Expect strong communication and teamwork, with the option of working in a flexible environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in children’s services.
• SWE registration and full UK driving licence are required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Are you a dedicated Children's Social Worker looking for an exciting contract opportunity? We are recruiting a full-time Children's Social Worker for our client Children In Our Care team. This role offers a fantastic chance to work within a well-regarded local authority, graded ‘good’ in its latest Ofsted inspection. If you have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience and are passionate about making a difference in children’s lives, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Children's Social Worker – Key Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining a caseload of children in care with professionalism and empathy


• Conducting assessments, planning, and review meetings for children and their families


• Developing and implementing care plans that meet individual needs


• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, agencies, and families to ensure the best outcomes for children


• Working flexibly across office-based and home settings, with at least 3 days per week in the office

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in children’s services


• A valid SWE registration
