West London Mental Health Trust is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working Administrator to join the Hounslow Community Health - Children’s Services Team based at Heart of Hounslow. You will help improve the patient experience for children and families.

The ideal candidate will be organised and able to prioritise work with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills are valuable, and NHS experience is not essential; training is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Typing, reception duties and customer service.
• Maintaining databases and booking appointments/meetings.
• Filing, organising and booking meeting rooms, ordering supplies.
• Unpacking and packing medical equipment and providing general admin support.
