Northamptonshire Children’s Trust is seeking a Children’s Safeguarding Social Worker to protect and promote welfare for children and young people. You will assess, plan, and implement interventions in collaboration with families and professionals, ensuring statutory duties are met and outcomes improved.

The role requires an experienced, registered social worker, with strong communication, relational practice, and commitment to high-quality safeguarding work across Northamptonshire’s offices.

Qualifications

• ASYE completed and registered social worker.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with families.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple agencies.

Responsabilités

• Undertake safeguarding assessments and planning for children and families.
• Coordinate interventions to promote child welfare and family stability.
• Collaborate with professionals to implement care plans and review progress.
• Maintain accurate case records and adhere to statutory obligations.
