Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a committed Team Leader to provide high-quality, person-centred support to a young individual with complex care needs in a Worcester residential setting. You will lead shifts, supervise staff and ensure safe, compassionate care in partnership with families and professionals.

The role requires NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care and experience in a similar setting. Permanent full-time, 36-48 hours weekly, with a salary range of £29,952–£39,936 per year, paid

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Experience in a similar role and setting is essential.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the home.
• Provide trauma-informed, person-centred care and PBS plan implementation.
• Maintain accurate care plans, risk assessments and records in line with Ofsted.
• Collaborate with social workers, healthcare professionals and families.
• Coordinate rotas, handovers and post-incident debriefs for staff wellbeing.
• Oversee medication administration and safeguarding procedures.
