Job summary

West Midlands-based residential care provider is seeking a Team Leader to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for a young individual with complex needs in West Bromwich. The role requires NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care and experience in similar settings.

You will lead shifts, supervise staff, maintain care plans, coordinate rotas, and ensure safeguarding and medication procedures are followed. Competitive salary with good progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Experience in a similar role and setting.
• Ability to work with complex care needs and young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise staff to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the home.
• Provide trauma-informed, person-centred care and support plans.
• Maintain care plans, risk assessments and records per Ofsted.
• Coordinate staff rotas, handovers and debriefs.
• Oversee medication administration and safeguarding procedures.
