NP Care Consultancy is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker for our Mansfield-based service, to work with children with complex needs in a safe, nurturing home. You will deliver hands-on care, attend to routines, and help with tasks that promote wellbeing and development.

The role offers a competitive salary (£30,000–£38,000 per year) including a sleep-in allowance, with opportunities for training and flexible hours to support work-life balance.

Competenze

• Full UK Driving License.
• Recent experience working within a care related position, ideally working within a residential children’s home.
• Ideally a Level 4 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent.
