Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving License - Essential.
• Experience supporting children and young people with complex needs.
• Ability to complete accurate documentation and reports.
• Willingness to work overnights/sleep-in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people with emotional, physical, and social needs.
• Accompany them to appointments, school, and activities.
• Deliver personal care and help with daily routines.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing home environment and safeguard wellbeing.
• Complete accurate reports and documentation.
