Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people in a safe, nurturing home.
• Support safeguarding and build positive professional relationships.
• Assist with education, independence and daily living skills.
• Follow care plans, risk assessments and behaviour support plans.
• Complete accurate daily records and work with families and professionals.
