Break Charity is hiring a Children's Residential Support Worker in Long Stratton, Norfolk. This part-time position offers 23 hours per week on-site with a 4-week rolling rota, including a requirement to work at least two weekends every four weeks.
The role carries a salary of £19,134 to £19,383 per annum, depending on qualifications, including five sleep-ins per month paid at £64.95 per night. The organisation provides extensive staff benefits and ongoing professional development.
