• Experience in care for vulnerable people is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a resilient, caring nature.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations and be flexible with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and loving home for children in a residential setting.
• Offer emotional and physical support to help children reach their potential.
• Assist with medical routines including physio, medications, and lifting equipment.
