Job summary

Keys Group in Denmead, Hampshire, is seeking a Full-time Children’s Residential Support Worker to care for younger children with emotional and behavioural difficulties in a loving home. You’ll provide encouragement, patience and consistent support as a professional parent in a residential setting.

The role offers a rolling shift pattern (7 days on/7 days off) with a salary from £14.05 per hour plus £3,000–£6,000 per year for sleep-ins, plus extensive benefits and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Caring, flexible and resilient individuals.
• Passionate about helping children lead happy lives.
• Excellent communication, positive, playful and energetic.
• Experience with children or transferable roles is beneficial.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Full UK Driving licence is beneficial.
• Willing to work shifts and sleep-ins.
