£33,374 - £39,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month

Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day-to-day life. This role involves supporting young people through their highs and lows, helping them regain their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. Our homes serve young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for positive outcomes and celebrating small victories.

As a shift leader, you'll ensure smooth daily operations, support staff, and lead by example in building relationships with young people. The role requires compassion, emotional resilience, and leadership skills.

What we offer:

• Salary: £30,030 - £34,302
• Sleep ins: Up to 4 per month at £80 each, plus allowances and bonuses
• Training: 4-week induction on our Care Academy
