£35,374 - £41,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month

You'll care for young people daily, ensuring routines, helping with homework, completing paperwork, and planning activities. Evenings and weekends involve fun activities like gaming, sports, movies, or outings, making work engaging and meaningful. The role involves understanding each young person's needs and guiding them towards a positive future.

  • Base salary: £28,134 - £34,302
  • Bonuses: Up to 4 sleep ins/month paid at £80 each, attendance allowance (£1,400), regional allowance (£2,000), welcome bonus (£1,000), loyalty bonus (£1,000)
