Job summary

Your Care is hiring Residential Support Workers to help children with complex needs in a safe, nurturing home environment across Fleetwood and Leyland. You’ll assist with day-to-day routines, support learning life skills, and promote independence as part of a dedicated team.

Pay: £13.25 – £14.00 per hour

Hours: Full-time, permanent
