Your Day-to-Day

Be ready to make every day different! From cooking in the kitchen to playing outdoors or engaging in music and crafts, you’ll bring structure, fun, and emotional support to children in need.

You’ll work within a close-knit team of 6, with support from Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts—all dedicated to helping children find brighter futures.

• Experience with Children: in care, education, or similar settings—bringing passion and energy.
• Enthusiasm & Resilience: eager to make a difference and handle challenges positively.
• Qualifications: willing to work towards or already holding a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
