Job summary

Your Chapter is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to help vulnerable children and young people within our supportive care team. This full-time, permanent role involves assisting with daily routines, education, and emotional wellbeing.

You will document care plans, support safe environments, lead recreational activities, and collaborate closely with colleagues to provide a stable, nurturing home.

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised home environment.
