Job summary

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking an Operations Manager for the Hamilton/Larkhall locality. The role leads the locality's service delivery and development, with a visible management team and regular supervision.

You will have direct line management of Senior Practitioners, Social Workers and Family Support Workers and report to the Fieldwork Manager. The post requires a dynamic, motivated manager or an experienced Social Worker/Senior Practitioner.

• Strong leadership in social work management.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
