Job summary

Total Care Matters Ltd - Residential Children's Homes is seeking Residential Support Workers in the East Midlands. You will help young people aged 8–18 overcome challenges, provide day-to-day care, emotional support, and guidance within a therapeutic, trauma-informed setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

About Total Care Matters

At Total Care Matters, we provide therapeutic residential care for children and young people aged 8–18 across our nine homes in the East Midlands.

We support young people who have experienced significant adversity, helping them build confidence, resilience, and brighter futures. Our teams create safe, nurturing environments where children feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their potential.

As part of our commitment to delivering outstanding care, we are working towards DDP (Dyadic Developmental Practice) accreditation, further embedding trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches across our homes.

The Role

We're looking for caring, resilient, and motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting young people to overcome challenges, develop life skills, achieve their goals, and build positive memories. Working as part of a dedicated team, you’ll help create a stable and supportive home environment where young people can thrive.
