Pin Point Health & Social Care is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a new children's home in Middlesbrough. You will oversee budgets, care planning, risk management, safeguarding and Ofsted compliance, ensuring a warm, safe environment for 7-18 year olds.

The role requires a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), a full UK driving licence, and strong leadership with a child-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Strong leadership and safeguarding knowledge.
• Budget, care planning and risk management experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide effective leadership within the home and oversee all aspects of budgets and safeguarding.
• Oversee care planning, risk management strategies and safeguarding compliance with Ofsted regulations.
• Lead multiple teams and drive continuous improvement within the service.
• Support expansion of the service and development of the Regional Manager pathway.
