We’re seeking a Children’s Home Manager to oversee two small, nurturing 2-bedded homes supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). These homes are safe, supportive spaces where trust is built, voices are heard, and healing begins.
You will join a supportive, experienced team of managers within our Children's residential service, whose homes are rated Good or Outstanding.
The ideal candidate will have:
Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards is essential.
Our young people need advocates, role models, and champions. Your role will create meaningful relationships and environments where these moments matter—every day.

- This role requires fluent English, as mandated by the Immigration Act (2016).
