A leading children's residential service is seeking a compassionate and driven Children's Home Manager to lead two nurturing homes for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. This role involves building strong relationships, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring the highest standards of care, all while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and children. Candidates should possess relevant leadership experience and qualifications, and be committed to trauma-informed practices.
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker,
Salary: Starting Salary is £44,711 (Level one) rising to a maximum of £47,754 (Level 4) per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

We're looking for aChildren's Home Manager to take the reins of two small, nurturing 2-bedded homes supporting children and young people withEmotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will be part of a very experienced, supportive, and dynamic team of managers within our Children's residential service, whose homes are consistently either Good or Outstanding
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Knowledge of relevant legislation and the DFE Supported Accommodation standards and regulation

-This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English, is an essential requirement for the role.
-A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
-The role requires you to participate in the on call rota.
