A leading children's care provider in Ashford is seeking a dedicated Children's Home Manager to oversee the operations of a 3-bed EBD home. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, with bonuses and negotiable benefits. The ideal candidate will have successful Ofsted ratings and experience in managing a children's home, demonstrating determination and enthusiasm for positively impacting the lives of young individuals. This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule.
