Job description

Work as a Children’s Home Manager for a local childcare company specialising in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. Progression opportunities and a great package including a £73,000 base salary are on offer for an experienced Manager looking to lead this 7-bedded service.

As Children’s Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a 7-bedded LD and Mental Health service for a company with a history of Good Ofsted reports.

You will work alongside the SMT to provide high-quality care and ensure a great quality of life for disadvantaged children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, within a family-run company committed to the best outcomes for these children.
