Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Care Assistant in Southampton to provide one-to-one, person-centred care at home and at school for a 5-year-old child. The role supports independent living, with supervision and clinical guidance as needed, and offers specialist training where required.

Shifts are Monday-Friday 7:15am–4:00pm, term-time only. The package includes thorough induction, ongoing mentoring from nurses and field supervisors, and opportunities for career progression within care roles.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and person-centred approach.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and clinical guidance.
• Experience with tracheostomy care and management.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, person-centred complex care.
