Job summary

Swan Family Centres Limited is seeking an Assistant Deputy Manager for the Children's Contact Centre in Liverpool. You will support daily centre management, coordinate referrals, meet with parents and social workers, and uphold safeguarding standards to ensure a safe, child-focused service.

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications in child care or social care are required.
• Evidence of safeguarding training or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience working with children and families is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist deputy/centre manager in day-to-day operations of the contact centre.
• Coordinate referrals and meetings with parents and professionals.
• Attend safeguarding reviews and ensure actions are followed up.
• Supervise staff and maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to policies at all times.
