At Caremark Rotherham & Sheffield, we support Children, Young People & Adults to live an independent lifestyle. Most of our clients live with their parents or carers within the Rotherham & Sheffield areas.

We provide support to our clients within their home, school, college, and to access the community. Our clients enjoy activities such as:

• a trip to the bowling alley
• rock climbing
• swimming
• playing football
• going to the coast
• exercising in the gym
• going for a bite to eat
• playing in the park
• or a day in our local allotment!

Due to our clients’ preferences, we are recruiting for female Support Workers who also own a UK driving licence and a vehicle.

We have available positions for DAYS & NIGHTS working PART TIME AND FULL TIME. Up to £27,000 per annum based on 40 hours per week.

The shifts are from 4 hours to 12 hours at any one time. The availability you provide to Caremark will be required to remain the same throughout your employment to ensure our clients receive consistency with their Support team.

It is essential that all successful applicants are able to work alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

As a Children’s Community Support Worker, you will support your clients in achieving their personal goals and engaging in activities they enjoy, on a one-to-one or two-to-one basis.

Your role will include supporting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, nutrition & hydration, moving & handling, and enabling them to reach their personal goals and aspirations.
