Are you bursting with energy, creativity, and a passion for working with children? Lazer Lions is on the hunt for enthusiastic Activity Leaders to bring the fun to life at our high-energy holiday camps across South West London and Surrey.

From laser tag and nerf battles to zorbing, inflatables, arts & crafts, and sports games, no two days are ever the same. As an Activity Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action—engaging children aged 5–12 with epic activities, unforgettable experiences, and endless fun.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver and lead exciting activities in a safe, structured, and energetic way.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels like a VIP.
• Support set-up and pack-down of activities and equipment.
• Be a role model: encouraging teamwork, kindness, and confidence in our young Lions.

We’re Looking For:

• Energetic, confident communicators who love working with kids.
• Team players with a can-do attitude and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working with children is a big plus.

Bonus points if you hold any of the following:

• Paediatric First Aid.
• Safeguarding Training.
• Valid Enhanced DBS.
• Coaching or childcare qualifications.
