Job summary

Qualifications

• You must have detailed knowledge of Children law caseloads and advocacy.
• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with relevant experience in private family work.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships within a private children law team.

Responsibilities

• Handle private Children law cases as a fee-earner within the team.
• Conduct advocacy and court appearances where required.
• Develop relationships with existing and new clients to support the firm’s private family practice.

Our client is looking to appoint a full-time and/or part-time Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent to their Private Children law department.

You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with Children law caseloads, including Advocacy.

You will have the opportunity to build and strengthen both existing and new client relationships, while contributing effectively as a fee earner within a successful private Children law team.
