Qualifikationen

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in children law.
• Experience handling public and private children matters.
• Strong advocacy and court representation skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage a diverse caseload of public and private children law matters, including complex care proceedings.
• Represent parents, children, guardians and other parties in care and family proceedings.
• Conduct a high level of advocacy, including Court hearings and contested matters.
• Provide clear, practical and empathetic legal advice to clients throughout their matter.
• Draft legal documents, witness statements and Court applications.
