Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Children Law Locum to support a busy Children Department in the UK. The role focuses on private children matters, domestic abuse cases and advocacy, with opportunities to conduct advocacy in and out of court and manage files with precision.

The ideal candidate will be qualified in Children Law, have strong advocacy and communication skills, knowledge of Legal Aid procedures, and hold Resolution accreditation and/or Children Panel membership.

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced in Children Law.
• Experience in Children or Family Law Department.
• Strong advocacy, communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of Legal Aid regulations and procedures.
• Resolution accreditation and/or Children Panel membership is essential.
• Experience using Proclaim would be advantageous, training can be provided.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Full UK driving licence.
