Qualifikationen

• DipSW or equivalent qualification and registration with Social Work England.
• At least four years post-qualification experience.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering quality outcomes for children and young people.

Aufgaben

• Manage a team of 6 social workers, a Practice Supervisor and a Community Resource Worker.
• Offer reflective supervision to workers, both case and personal.
• Tackle underperformance and support progression of staff.
• Monitor team performance through audits and quality assurance activity.
• Lead practice development projects with users, colleagues, and partners.
• Attend partner agency meetings and service manager meetings.
• Implement and support change with a nurturing leadership style.
• Work to achieve permanency and outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
