As a Children In Care Social Worker, you will be crucial in delivering outstanding services to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people. By building positive relationships with colleagues and partner agencies, you will help provide essential support and protection for children and young people in need and at risk.

Locations: Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Cirencester, and Forest of Dean

The package includes:

• Welcome payment of £4,000
• Annual salary: £37,938 - £39,513 for a Social Worker or £40,476 - £45,718 for a Senior Social Worker, depending on experience
• Annual retention payment of £2,000
• Relocation package up to £8,000

• Generous annual leave starting at 25.5 days, increasing to 30.5 days after five years, with options to purchase 10 additional days
• Sponsorship available for candidates with 2 years UK experience
