Remedy Social Care is representing Trafford Council in recruiting a Team Manager to work closely with children and families. This is an office-based, full-time role (36.25 hours per week) with a driving requirement and a four-month initial term starting 19 October 2026.

You will lead a service that coordinates with multi-agency partners to deliver family plans, ensure timely help, and support transitions under Families First reforms.
