Within Children & Adolescent Mental Health Services in Buckinghamshire, we are looking for motivated Social Workers to join a dedicated team alongside other social workers, occupational therapists, and nurses, all committed to improving services for young people. Whether you are currently working in the NHS, a local authority, or an alternative setting and seeking exposure in a new area, we have a career path for you.
You will join our Single Point of Access (SPA) team, a vital frontline service and the first contact point for new referrals and inquiries, including self-referrals and those from parents, carers, and professionals. Your role will be crucial in ensuring timely clinical triage and appropriate signposting to support services.
The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential. For applicants outside the UK, full qualification, passing the OSCE, and holding an NMC pin or HCPC registration are required.
We provide physical, mental health, and social care across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath, and North East Somerset. Our services are delivered at community bases, hospitals, clinics, and homes, aiming to provide care as close to home as possible.
