Within Children & Adolescent Mental Health Services in Buckinghamshire, we are looking for motivated Social Workers to join a dedicated team alongside other social workers, occupational therapists, and nurses. Our team is committed to improving services for young people. Whether you are currently working in the NHS, a local authority, or an alternative setting and seeking exposure in a new area, we have a career path for you.
If you are not already working in a CAMHS setting, we offer training and development within our experienced team. This role is based in our Buckinghamshire Young People's Eating Disorder Service, where you will provide high-quality mental health services for children, young people, and their families facing mental health and eating disorder challenges.
While this is a full-time role, we are open to part-time or flexible work patterns. Please contact us with any questions.
This role is eligible for an incentive scheme of £3,500 paid over 18 months. Payments are pro-rata, non-pensionable, and subject to a clawback clause. Only external employees of Oxford Health NHS are eligible for this scheme.
Applicants must have a full valid driving license and access to a vehicle. Adjustments can be made in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 where necessary.
We provide physical, mental health, and social care across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath, and North East Somerset. Our services are delivered at community bases, hospitals, clinics, and people’s homes, aiming to provide care as close to home as possible.
