The position is being offered on a full‑time, permanent basis, to be based from its Oldbury office. The organisation works to a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
The role is responsible for creating high‑quality, engaging and creative content that supports the delivery of communications and marketing activity for children, young people, families and carers. As part of a strategic communications service, you will produce compelling digital and traditional content that promotes services, tells impactful stories and helps deliver the council's priorities.

Working closely with colleagues, stakeholders and communities, you will use a range of creative disciplines including videography, photography, graphic design and copywriting to engage audiences across multiple channels. You will contribute to campaign delivery, analyse performance data, provide communications advice and help ensure content is audience‑focused, innovative and aligned with the council's values and brand.

We are proud to be a values‑led organisation that supports its employees with excellent benefits, a competitive remuneration package, and a strong focus on development. By joining us, you’ll play a key role in delivering services that make a real and lasting difference to thousands of people across the borough.
