Link Personnel is seeking an energetic Childminding Assistant for a home-based service in Enfield Town. Prior experience as a Childminder or with children is advantageous.

The role involves planning activities for ages 0-7, documenting learning, and ensuring safety while supporting development across all seven areas of learning. The candidate should be able to provide personal care for young children and demonstrate strong written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Childminder or working with Children would be an advantage.
• Must be good at documenting children's learning and planning next steps.
• Able to provide personal care for the youngest children.
• Able to provide a very good level of written and spoken English.
