Job Title: Childcare Solicitor

PQE Required: 1+ years

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: Up to circa GBP 40k (DOE)

The Role

As the appointed Childcare Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of childcare law matters, including advising parents, grandparents, and other family members. Responsibilities include dealing with child arrangement orders, special guardianship orders, care orders, emergency protection orders, pre-proceedings meetings, and interim care orders.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year PQE and experience in all aspects of childcare law. Ability to undertake advocacy and provide high-quality client care is essential. Excellent teamwork skills are also required. This role offers a chance to develop your skills within a friendly and dynamic team.
