Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Childcare Panel Partner to establish and lead a new Coventry presence for a leading national law firm. You will be instrumental in building the team, developing the client base and shaping the future of the practice.

You will take overall responsibility for recruiting solicitors and staff, managing a high-quality childcare caseload, and driving business development and local market presence in Coventry with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Children Panel membership and extensive childcare law experience.
• Strong advocacy background and excellent technical knowledge.
• Proven ability to recruit, lead, and grow a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing Childcare team.
• Recruit solicitors, paralegals and support staff around you.
• Develop the Coventry office and establish a strong local presence.
• Manage a high-quality caseload of complex childcare matters.
• Advise parents, children, local authorities and other professionals.
• Handle complex care proceedings and advocacy.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Drive business development and generate new opportunities.
• Work with the national Family team to develop a market-leading practice.
• Support and mentor junior lawyers and develop future talent.
• Contribute to strategic growth of the Coventry operation.
