Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for Nursery Assistants in the Lincoln area. These roles offer paid classroom and childcare experience with local schools and nurseries, full-time or part-time, long-term, short-term, or day-to-day placements.

You will work one-on-one or in small groups to support learners and help with general classroom duties. A relevant childcare qualification or related education degree is preferred, and a DBS check is required.

Childcare Assistant

Are you a graduate that would like paid classroom/childcare experience? We are recruiting for full time and part time Nursery Assistants to work with local schools and Nurseries within the Lincoln area. Register with us for part time and day to day Primary Teaching Assistant/Nursery Assistant work. The Childcare Assistant role will include working with a variety of needs on a one-on-one or small group basis and general classroom/nursery support. This is an ideal role for candidates who are looking to get valuable classroom experience alongside their course or potentially get onto a teacher training course.

Tradewind Recruitment are working with Primary schools and Nursery Schools in the Lincoln area. The roles are full time, part time and will be long term, short term and day to day. Pay for these roles are from £14 - £16 per hour.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Achieved or Studying a Level 2+ Childcare qualification, a degree relating to Education/Early Years etc or a teaching degree
• A candidate who uses initiative and is willing to get involved as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to challenge oneself in a variety of educational settings
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last all years of employment history
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Have the academic ability and personality to inspire, engage and progress students from all backgrounds and of all ages
