We’re looking for a Child Support Worker to join our dedicated team in a warm, welcoming and beautifully maintained Ofsted-registered children's home in Swindon, Gloucestershire. You’ll be supporting children and young people aged 8-18, who for various reasons are unable to live with their families.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating a safe, stable and nurturing environment
Supporting young people with daily life and emotional challenges
Promoting independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
Working closely with a team of committed professionals
Responding calmly and effectively to challenging situations
You don’t need previous experience—just the right mindset. Full training is provided, and you’ll have the chance to complete a fully funded qualification as you grow with us.
What You Need
Valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (with business insurance)
Right to work in the UK - we cannot offer visa sponsorship
Aged 21 or over (due to regulatory requirements)
Confident, empathetic, and emotionally resilient
Able to work collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
